Returns We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags attached.

How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us at itdonedeeal@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll get back to you with next steps.

Return Shipping We've got you covered — return shipping is on us. We'll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
